It seems like in the last few months law enforcement (around here at least) has been handing out tickets like the state is in a budget crisis……..oh wait it is… whatever the correlation is to this budget crisis and the increase in citations it seems to be a better day. A few weeks ago Steven Mack was cited a second time for no helmet while he was sitting on a curb and I was on the way with his helmet so he could ride. The officer even after argument still wrote the ticket. Quality Police at your service!( they wonder why nobody likes them…) Anyway this morning Steven’s ticket was dismissed… finally a person of authority with their head not up their ass.
(I’m sure this wasn’t the best way to write this but f-it.. it’s honest)
